Church life

Our Sunday meetings: We meet every Sunday at the Civic Centre at 10.30am where we worship together, hear stories of what God is doing and look at what the Bible has to say about living life in the 21st century.

Our group life: It's hard to get to know people in a crowd, so each week smaller groups of people meet in homes around the town, forming close friendships and enjoying hanging out together. Our groups include:

Connect Groups, Bea Club, Beacon Youth Club, OAK
Alpha - for those looking to learn more about the Christian faith
We also have Inspire, a women's group and M4G, a men's group.

Because we believe the church should impact the wider community, we also are part of the Whitchurch Foodbank which aims to supply emergency food for those hit by redundancy, illness, benefit delay, domestic violence, debt, family breakdown.

Beacon is a family and a place to call home. It's a place to get help, healing, and hope: a place to find friendship and find your calling. Whether you're in Whitchurch or one of the outlying villages or towns, an atheist or lifetime follower of Christ, you are welcome here.

Whoever you are, we'd love to meet you and you are welcome at any of our events.
